Job portrait – François Adamezak, Refining Supervisor

Having joined the company in 2017 as an operator, François has seized every opportunity that came his way with talent and determination. His exemplary career has seen him successfully climb the ranks: first as a trainer, and now in the strategic role of Refining Supervisor.

His day-to-day work embodies operational leadership: managing a close-knit team, steering the achievement of demanding production targets, and ensuring, in all circumstances, the absolute safety of the colleagues under his responsibility. A role where technical rigour and people skills go hand in hand.

What are the keys to his fulfilment and performance? Métal Blanc nurtures a fertile ground for individual and collective success:

  • A strong commitment to training, enabling the acquisition and continuous updating of skills.
  • Rigorous and preventive medical monitoring, the foundation of non-negotiable workplace well-being.
  • A management team that genuinely cares about people, where listening and respect guide decisions.

“We are really respected here,” says François, capturing in a single sentence the atmosphere in the company. This trust and recognition are not empty words – they are the tangible expression of a deep commitment at every level of the organisation.

More than a personal success story, François’ journey illustrates a promise that Métal Blanc keeps: offering each person the means to grow and excel, in an environment where performance goes hand in hand with respect and shared standards.
