Jean joined Métal Blanc over 10 years ago, straight out of school, with a clear goal in mind: to work and grow within the company.
He started in production, with one objective: to one day join the #maintenance team.
Year after year, he committed himself, learned on the job, and regularly expressed his desire to develop his skills.
