CRAZY METAL SPLASH: a colourful team day!
Just before the summer break, the whole team got together on Friday, 24 July for a day filled with good vibes and friendly competition.
We headed to Lac des Vieilles Forges for an action-packed morning of fiercely contested challenges and plenty of laughs:
🛶 Timed team water relay
💧 Water-carrying race
🪓 Axe-throwing workshops
🏄 Grand finale on a floating water ring between the two best teams
🏆 Prize-giving ceremony
Once the challenges were over, it was time for drinks on the water to relive the competition, share memories from the morning and simply enjoy the moment. 🚣♂️🌊
The day continued with a meal at Tchar Scaille in Thilay — a truly special moment of sharing, away from the everyday routine.
Beyond the challenges, this day was above all an opportunity to thank our teams for their energy and commitment throughout the year. Our company culture is forged day after day, thanks to the dedication of our teams and the strength of working together.
Together, we move forward, make progress and rise to every challenge. 👏
