Today, we are proud to highlight the journey of Jean Lecorgne, who has just obtained his maintenance technician diploma at the Pôle Formation UIMM Champagne-Ardenne.
Jean joined Métal Blanc over 10 years ago, straight out of school, with a clear ambition: to work and to grow.
He started in production, with one goal in mind: to join the #maintenance team one day.
Year after year, he committed himself, learned on the job, and regularly expressed his desire to develop his skills.
